Creating a list of preferences: We will make a list of the features and priorities you want in a home. Consider factors such as location, size, number of bedrooms, amenities and proximity to schools or workplaces. We will search to find properties that match your criteria.
House hunting: With your preferences in mind, we will search for suitable properties on the market. We will schedule showings, accompany you to viewings and provide information about each property, including its history, condition and potential resale value.
Making an offer: Once you find a home you like, we will help you make an offer to the seller. We will guide you through the negotiation process and help you set a fair price based on current market conditions and comparable sales in the area.
